  • Changes to reservations are allowed for tickets issued within the scope of the special offer for a fee and on the condition that the route and flight class are the same plus within ticketing dates 20/08/19 - 03/09/19 and travelling dates 1/09/19 - 31/03/20.
  • Miles can be refunded within 1 year of the date on which the ticket is issued.
