We extended the validity of your Miles for 15 more days

We extended the validity of Miles expiring on 31 December 2018 for 15 more days. You can use your Miles until 15 January 2019.

Terms and Conditions

  • The validity of Miles which are about to expire on 31 December 2018 is extended until 15 January 2019 23.59.59. 
  • Our members will continue to see the validity of Miles as 31 December 2018 on the website and mobile app, however these Miles can be used for 15 more days. 
  • For one time only, Miles expiring on 31 December 2018 can be used between 01 January 2019 - 15 January 2019. In case of cancelation and refund of the transaction after the Miles expiring on 31 December 2018 are spent between the designated dates, such Miles will not be returned to the account and lose their validity. 
  • If Miles spent before 31 December 20118 are refunded between 01 January 2019 - 15 January 2019, these Miles will not be added to the account and will expire.
  • Extension of the validity of Miles expiring on 31 December 2018 can be made until 31 December 2018. Between 01 January 2019 - 15 January 2019, you cannot extend or reactivate Miles expiring on 31 December 2018. 
  • You can reactivate Miles which will expire after 15 January 2019. 
  • You can check your Miles expiring on 31 December 2018 on your account after signing in.
