Buy Miles Campaign Terms & Conditions
- All Miles&Smiles members are eligible to benefit from the Buy Miles campaign.
- The campaign is valid for Miles purchase transactions made between 8 December 2025 – 22 December 2025.
- Within the scope of the campaign:
- For purchases between 10,000 – 50,000 Miles, members will earn 25% bonus Miles.
- For purchases between 50,001 – 100,000 Miles, members will earn 50% bonus Miles.
- For purchases between 100,001 – 250,000 Miles, members will earn 100% bonus Miles.
- Members may buy Miles multiple times during the campaign period. However, the bonus Miles rate is calculated separately for each transaction; different transactions cannot be combined.*
- Miles purchased within the scope of the campaign are not Status Miles.
- During the campaign period, the annual maximum amount of Miles a member can purchase within a calendar year will be applied as 250,000 Miles.
- Miles can be purchased by logging into your account on our website or mobile app and accessing the "Miles Transactions" section.
- The campaign is valid only for Miles Purchase transactions made for the member’s own account. It is not valid for the Gift Miles product.
- Members who receive a personalized discounted Miles offer are eligible to take advantage of the campaign. These members will receive additional Miles equal to the amount of Miles they purchased in the final stage.
- Purchased Miles cannot be refunded.
- Bonus Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 7 days from the purchase date.
- Campaign dates are based on Türkiye local time (GMT+3).
- Purchased Miles are not Status Miles.
- Turkish Airlines reserves the right to amend campaign terms and conditions, definitions, and other information, or to cancel the campaign at any time.
*Example: A member who purchases 30,000 Miles and 90,000 Miles in two separate transactions will earn 7,500 bonus Miles (25%) for the first transaction and 45,000 bonus Miles (50%) for the second transaction. Although the total purchase amount is 120,000 Miles, they will not qualify for the 100% bonus since the Miles were not purchased in a single transaction.
