• Services are offered under separate package options for departing, arriving and transit passengers. Each package is independent in scope and price.
• The modification, suspension or termination of the scope of the service is at the sole discretion of the service provider. Turkish Airlines is given at least 30 (thirty) days' prior written notice before any such change.

JETEX | İGA Terminal is an independent General Aviation Terminal at Istanbul Airport offering private passenger lounge services for departing, arriving and transit passengers. The terminal provides a comfortable airport experience with exclusive lounge areas, personal assistant service and suite options.

Departing, arriving and transit passengers who have purchased a ticket through Turkish Airlines channels may buy these services. No separate membership or registration is required to make a purchase.

Four different packages are offered:

• Departing Passenger Meet & Greet: Personal assistant support through to gate departure.
• Departing Passenger Suite: Peaceful waiting experience in a private suite area.
• Arriving Passenger Meet & Greet: Welcome and guidance service from aircraft door through to exit.
• Transit Passenger Lounge: Exclusive lounge use throughout the layover period.

Once your payment is complete, your booking confirmation and JETEX | İGA Terminal entry details will be sent to your e-mail address. When you arrive at the terminal, your personal assistant will be there to meet you.
