Terms and conditions:

1. The campaign is valid for Economy Class Promotional Award Tickets issued on 23 September 2026, within the hours to be announced on the Turkish Airlines WhatsApp Channel and the Miles&Smiles Instagram channel.
2. Campaign travel dates are between 10/01/2027 and 30/04/2027.
3. Within the scope of the campaign, members will be refunded 50% of the Miles they have paid, within 10 days following their flights.
4. The campaign is valid for one-way, round-trip and transfer flights across our entire network, excluding the routes specified below.
5. Tickets modified at the passenger’s request will be excluded from the scope of the campaign.
6. The validity period of the refunded Miles ends on 31.12.2027
7. All taxes will be collected.
8. Taxes and additional services paid with Miles are outside the scope of the campaign.
9. The Miles refunded within the scope of the campaign are not Status Miles.
10. Miles&Smiles Award Ticket rules apply within the scope of the campaign.
11. The campaign is valid only on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
12. Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change the campaign rules and conditions, definitions and other information, and to cancel the campaign.
