Turn Your Ctrip Points into Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles Miles

Conversion rate

  • 4,000 Ctrip points = 200 Miles&Smiles miles

To make the exchange, open the Ctrip App, go to My Points, and enter the dedicated airline mileage page.

How to earn miles

  • Step 1: On the "Airline Miles" page in the Ctrip Points Mall, select Turkish Airlines.
  • Step 2: If you are not yet a Turkish Airlines member, please register as a member on the Turkish Airlines website.
  • Step 3: Complete the conversion of your Ctrip points into Miles&Smiles miles.
  • Step 4: The Ctrip page will then show whether your conversion was successful or failed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Redemption must be made via the "Ctrip" App under "Points" → "Airline Miles";
  2. Only Ctrip members are eligible to redeem;
  3. When redeeming, please provide your Turkish Airlines membership details (including your Miles&Smiles membership number, member surname and member given name) for miles crediting purposes;
  4. Redeemed miles will be credited to your Turkish Airlines member account within 7 business days of the completed redemption;
  5. Once submitted, a redemption cannot be cancelled; once the redemption is successful, the miles cannot be refunded;
  6. Only the Turkish Airlines member himself/herself may redeem, and miles can only be credited to the member's own account;
  7. In the event of any dispute, Ctrip and Turkish Airlines reserve the right of final decision;
  8. These terms are also subject to the other Miles&Smiles and Turkish Airlines membership Terms and Conditions.
