Convert your Ctrip Points to Miles

Conversion rate:

  • 4,000 Ctrip Points = 200 Miles

To convert, open the Ctrip app, go to the “My Points” section, and select the Miles page of the relevant airline.

How to earn Miles

  1. In the “Airline Miles” page of the Ctrip Points Center, select Turkish Airlines.
  2. If you are not yet a Miles&Smiles member, please sign up on the Miles&Smiles website.
  3. Complete the conversion of your Ctrip Points to Miles.
  4. The Ctrip page will show whether the conversion was successful.

* Miles can only be earned through the Ctrip app.

Terms and conditions

  1. Conversions must be made through the “Points” → “Airline Miles” section of the Ctrip app.
  2. Only Ctrip members are eligible to convert Points to Miles.
  3. When converting Miles, please enter your Turkish Airlines membership details (including your Miles&Smiles membership number, last name, and first name) so that Miles can be credited to your account.
  4. Converted Miles will be credited to your Miles&Smiles account within 7 business days after the transaction is completed.
  5. Once submitted, a Miles conversion request cannot be cancelled, and Miles cannot be refunded after a successful conversion.
  6. Only the Miles&Smiles member can request the conversion, and Miles can be credited only to the member’s own account.
  7. In case of any dispute, Ctrip and Turkish Airlines reserve the right to make the final decision.
  8. These terms are subject to Miles&Smiles and Turkish Airlines membership terms and conditions.
