Terms and conditions

  1. The Mile campaign applies to daily passenger vehicle rentals with a start date between October 1, 2026, and October 31, 2026. Rentals that begin prior to October 1, 2026, are not eligible for the mileage campaign, even if they conclude in October. No miles will be credited for reservations that fall outside the scope of the campaign or are not completed. The 35% discount offered to Turkish Airlines passengers for vehicle rentals between September 15, 2026, and December 31, 2026, does not require Miles & Smiles membership.   2. Under the campaign, all passengers traveling with Turkish Airlines are eligible for a 35% discount on car rentals in Türkiye. However, only valid Miles & Smiles members may benefit from the mileage advantage. Miles & Smiles members may avail themselves of both the 35% discount and the mileage advantage within the same rental transaction, provided they meet the respective conditions for each. No other campaigns, coupons, promotions, offers, special rates, or discounts may be applied to the same transaction alongside the 35% discount and the mileage advantage.
  3. When renting with Budget:
  4. Mile accrual is calculated based on the net rental fee, excluding VAT. 1 Mile is awarded for every 2 TL spent. Fractions are disregarded in the mile calculation, and only the whole-mile amount is credited. Additional services, extra protection packages, fuel, fines, and similar items are excluded from mile accrual.
  5. The campaign applies to reservations made via budget.com.tr, res@budget.com.tr, and Corporate Offices.
  6. The campaign is valid for reservations made through Budget channels and the joint THY–ABG website, as well as for walk-in rentals (without prior reservation) where a TK number is presented at the time of rental. (You can access the joint THY–ABG website here .)

  8. To earn miles, the primary driver must present their Miles & Smiles membership number.
  9. Miles are earned only if the Miles & Smiles membership number and details are provided accurately and completely.
  10. Holding a Miles & Smiles credit card is not required to earn miles; a Miles & Smiles membership is sufficient.
  11. The number of Miles earned under the campaign is calculated based on the rental cost, with a minimum of 500 miles and a maximum of 3.500 miles per transaction.

  16. The campaign is valid at selected Budget offices. The participating Budget offices are listed below:

  18. Dalaman Airport, Bodrum Airport, Ordu Airport, Trabzon Airport, Samsun Airport, and Çukurova Airport offices.
  19. The time it takes for Miles & Smiles miles to appear on your statement following the vehicle return date may vary depending on Miles & Smiles system processes.
  20. The campaign is subject to fleet availability. If the requested vehicle is unavailable, an equivalent vehicle or one from a higher group may be offered. The choice of an equivalent vehicle in the event of unavailability is at Budget's discretion.
  21. Cash, debit card, or virtual card payments are not accepted.
  22. The credit card holder must be present in person at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be made using another person's credit card.
  23. A FINDEKS credit score check is performed at the time of rental.
  24. Installment plans are not available for financial costs arising from HGS (Fast Transit System) fees, traffic fines, or accident/damage incidents.
  25. The rental agreement is initiated at the time of rental and is governed by the laws and regulations of the country where the rental takes place.
  26. In addition to the rental fee, a deposit is collected from the credit card presented by the customer; the amount is determined based on the make and model of the vehicle to be rented. Therefore, sufficient credit limit (covering the total cost of the rental and the deposit) is required.
  27. The amount collected as a deposit will be refunded to the same card at the end of the rental period, after deducting any charges not included in the original reservation—such as additional services, protection packages, fuel shortages, damage, fines, etc., as specified above.
  28. Budget reserves the right to modify and/or terminate the campaign duration and terms.
  29. The campaign applies to daily rentals of passenger vehicles.
  30. The total rental fee and deposit are collected at the start of the rental using a credit card belonging to the person renting the vehicle.
  31. Protection packages and/or additional products selected during the reservation process are not included in the scope of the campaign.
  32. In accordance with official regulations, old-style driver's licenses issued prior to January 1, 2016, ceased to be valid as of 23:59 on October 31, 2025. Vehicle rentals cannot be processed using driver's licenses deemed invalid after this date. A valid, new-style driver's license must be presented to rent a vehicle.
  • 1: Primary Driver: Refers to the person registered as the "primary driver" to operate the rented vehicle.
  • 2: List Price: Also referred to as the "pay-at-counter price" on the homepages of the Budget website, the Budget mobile app, and the THY-ABG joint site (Avis Budget - Turkish Airlines).
