Terms and Conditions

  • To benefit from the campaign, tickets must be issued between 01 August 2018 - 30 December 2018; and travel must be completed between 01 August 2018 - 31 December 2018.
  • This promotion will be applied to Business class round-trip flights operated by Turkish Airlines from Central Europe to all destinations and from Türkiye to Central Europe.
  • Central Europe countries included in the campaign are Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary, Luxemburg, Poland, and Slovakia.
  • Miles&Smiles members will earn extra bonus miles from their flights. To earn extra Bonus Miles, members have to complete 2 round trip Business Class flights (totally 4 flights) during the campaign time period. Total miles earned will be worth for a limited capacity one way Business award ticket from Istanbul to Central Europe.
  • This offer is valid for paid tickets with flights eligible for earning miles.
  • The related campaign will be applied only for Turkish Airlines scheduled flights. It is not valid in Turkish Airlines codeshare flights and Star Alliance member airline flights.
  • The offer is valid only when Miles&Smiles ID number is issued during reservation, ticketing, or check-in processes.
  • The flights that Miles&Smiles ID issued after flight date and time will be excluded from campaign process.
  • To benefit from the campaign, all flights have to be issued according to terms and conditions.
  • Extra miles will be applied to the member’s account en masse at the end of the campaign date.
  • Campaign tickets can be purchased from call center, sales offices, or on website.
  • Only members who have received campaign information e-mail from Turkish Airlines can benefit from the campaign.
  • Campaign rights cannot be transferred to 3rd party and the members can benefit from the campaign only once.
  • Turkish Airlines reserves its legal rights against the concerned party in the case of infringement of these conditions. 
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change terms and conditions and cancel the campaign at any time.
