Terms and conditions

  • The campaign period is valid until 15th December 2018. 
  • The Miles&Smiles membership number must belong to the guest staying at the hotel (identified by the lead guest name). 
  • The rates for PointsMAX bookings may be different from regular bookings at the same conditions. 
  • PointsMAX booking rates cannot be broken down into a room rate and points component. 
  • Any applicable room cancellation policy will apply in full to the PointsMAX bookings. 
  • PointsMAX bookings cannot be adjusted online using the Agoda self-service tool or by contacting Customer Service. To amend your reservations, you will need to cancel (subject to the cancellation conditions of the reservation ) and re-book your reservation. Cancelled reservations will not earn Miles, regardless of the financial cancellations conditions. 
  • Miles cannot be exchanged in cash and are not cumulative with other offers. 
  • The Agoda best price guarantee does not apply to PointsMAX bookings. 
  • The Members are bound by the terms and conditions of AGODA and Miles&Smiles the owner and operator of Turkish Airlines. 
  • In case of dispute, the decision of AGODA shall be final. 
  • This program is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Miles&Smiles Frequent Flyer and Members, which is at Miles&Smiles Frequent Flyer’s sole discretion.
