Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. In case of any discrepancy, members are required to present the notification email sent to them regarding the mile conversion.
  2. 10,750 JinJiang Points are equivalent to 1,000 Miles.
  3. Converted Miles are non-refundable.
  4. Jin Jiang International Group and Turkish Airlines reserve the right to make changes to the campaign terms and conditions.
  5. To convert points, members must have both a Jin Jiang Rewards membership account and a Miles&Smiles membership account. During the conversion process, members are required to enter their Miles&Smiles membership number starting with “TK.”
