Bodrum at a glance

Known as Halicarnassus in antiquity, Bodrum has a storied history. The city stands on the site of the Ancient Greek city of Halicarnassus, which was home to the Tomb of Mausolus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. However, the city’s most impressive, preserved structure is the medieval Bodrum Castle – the Castle houses the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, one of the city’s major cultural and artistic venues.

I bus HAVAŞ percorrono regolarmente i 35 km di viaggio che separano l'Aeroporto di Milas-Bodrum (BJV) dal centro città. Per un viaggio di circa 45 minuti, il biglietto costa 10 lire turche. I bus HAVAŞ arrivano in centro, fino alla stazione degli autobus. Lì troverete i minibus pubblici che raggiungono tutti i quartieri e i villaggi circostanti.
