• Miles earning is valid only for bookings made via Turkish Airlines’ official website or mobile app where Turkish Airlines logo is displayed. Bookings made directly on Booking.com are not eligible for Miles earning.
• Members need to fill in their 11 digits Miles&Smiles number in the following format (Eg. TK123456789) in order to receive Miles. Bookings without or with incorrect number will not be awarded with miles.
• No retroactive claims are allowed.
• Miles will appear on member’s account up to 8-16 weeks after the end of the hotel stay.
