Only reservations booked at voyagerballoons.com for flights after January 1, 2016 will receive mileage credit. Miles will be awarded based on the balloon flight category:
The offer does not apply with special discounts (agency, company, airline, and other discounts) or sponsored flights.
In the event of a flight upgrade by Voyager Balloons, passengers earn Miles according to the category of the flight they originally booked.
The offer is only valid for Miles&Smiles members whose name is on the membership card used. In case of more than one Miles&Smiles member sharing the same flight, each passenger with his or her own membership card will earn miles.
Members' Miles&Smiles card must be presented during check-in prior to the flight in order to be eligible to earn Miles. It may take some time for the record of your balloon flight to appear on your Miles&Smiles membership account. If you think it has taken longer than acceptable, please contact fly@voyagerballoons.com.
In case of a problem with the above issue, you need to produce the passenger balloon flight ticket. Voyager Balloons may cancel this program without prior notice at any time at their discretion. To make a booking, please click here.
