Another option would be the buses departing from the bus stop in Stockholm C station. Journey with these buses takes 50 minutes in average. Moreover, you may also prefer the bus numbered 583 serving between Marsta and airport, following the route Broby, Maby and Tomta.
You may also consider taking the cabs, which serve 7/24 all over the city. However, it would be best to keep in mind that the cabs are a highly expensive option when compared to others, as the airport is located quite far from the center and the cab fares are considerably high.
