Terms and Conditions

  • Miles can be earned on individual MSC Cruises bookings made through www.msccruises.eu/tr, the MSC Cruises Call Center (+90 850 420 96 00), or authorized MSC Cruises travel agencies.
  • Members will earn 1 Mile for every €1 spent on eligible cruise bookings.
  • To earn Miles on bookings made through the MSC Cruises website mentioned above, members are required to provide their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g., TK123456789) to MSC Cruises via info@msccruises.com.tr.
  • To earn Miles on cruise bookings made through the MSC Cruises Call Center or authorized MSC Cruises travel agencies, members must provide their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g., TK123456789) to the authorized travel consultant at the time of booking.
  • Miles cannot be earned if the Miles&Smiles membership number is provided incorrectly or not provided during the booking process.
  • Members must complete the relevant cruise voyage in order to earn Miles. No Miles will be awarded for cancelled bookings.
  • MSC Cruises’ standard terms and conditions for cruise bookings and accommodation apply.
  • Miles will be credited to the member’s Miles&Smiles account within 30 days following the completion of the cruise.
  • Miles cannot be earned on cruise bookings made under group allocations. Mile accrual is valid only for individual bookings. For clarification regarding group allocations and individual bookings, members should consult their authorized travel advisor.
  • For booking and Mile accrual inquiries, please contact MSC Cruises at +90 850 420 96 00.
  • MSC Cruises and Miles&Smiles reserve the right to amend these Mile accrual terms and conditions at any time.
  • This campaign is subject to a limited allocation of Miles and may end once the allocated Miles have been exhausted.
