Ticketing (optional ) process
Depending on remaining time to your flight, there is a maximum of 24 hours to buy a ticket. Ticketing is immediately applied to the F promotion fare class.

Special Discounts. Passengers who have purchased a discounted ticket must present documents showing they are entitled to the discount. Student 20% student discount is applied.
Provided that they submit their documents when required, students between the ages of 13-25 (who have not reached their 26th birthday) will have 10% discount in classes L, T and 15% discount in classes Q, E, S, H, M, B, J, K, D, C on their Northern Cyprus flights. Student discount will not be applied for V, U, G, O, P, W promotion classes.
Infant Aged 0-2 On all domestic flights infants who are below 2 years of age as of the date of travel may travel for the following fees without reserving a seat: Economy Class direct flights - 34TL, Economy Class flights with transfers - 39TL fixed. Ticketing Period
For reservations made up to 6 days before a flight, a purchase option will be available until 12:00 p.m. 5 days before departure.

For reservations made up to 4-5 days before departure, a purchase option will be available until 12:00 p.m. the following day.

For reservations made up to 2-3 days before departure, a purchase option will be available for up to 5 hours.
Changes to Ticket (Date/Route)

Changes cannot be made to a ticket with less than 1 hour remaining before departure.

A 30% fee is incurred from changes to tickets made 1-12 hours before a flight, and any price differences arising from these changes will be collected or refunded separately.

A 10% fee is incurred from changes to tickets made 12 hours or more before a flight, and any price differences arising from these changes will be collected or refunded separately.

Changes cannot be made to tickets after a flight.

Domestic tickets can only be changed to other domestic routes and cannot be changed to international routes.

Fees for changes to tickets (reissues) are applied after the ticketing service fee, taxes, and charges have been deducted from the tota.l

If a change to a ticket (reissue) is a request for an upgrade to a higher cabin class, an additional ticketing dervice fee of TRY 10 is incurred for domestic flights.

Even though reservation class B is a flexible Economy fare class, it is subject to the ticket change rules of Business Flexible.

For flights that include connecting flights between Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet, Turkish Airlines' ticket change rules apply.

As of June 24, 2016, and valid on domestic routes and flights to Hopa and Ercan operated by our Partners (excluding codeshare flights), passengers holding domestic economy tickets (excluding domestic promotional classes) wishing to upgrade to Business Class on the same flight may do so without any penalty fee (even if processed within 0-1 hour of departure), and will only be charged the price difference (including taxes and fees) between the economy class and Business Class fares.

Cancelations/Refunds

Under no circumstances is the ticketing service fee refunded.

Cancelations/refunds cannot be made to a ticket with less than 1 hour remaining before departure.1

A 40% fee is incurred from cancelations/refunds made 1-12 hours before a flight, and the remaining amount, less the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded.

A 20% fee is incurred for cancelations/refunds made 12 hours or more before a flight, and the remaining amount, less the ticketing servicing fee, will be refunded.

In case of no-show, ticket refunds cannot be made after the flight.1

Fees for cancelations/refunds are applied after the ticketing service fee, taxes, and charges have been deducted from the total.

If a change to a ticket (reissue) is a request for an upgrade to a higher cabin class, an additional ticketing service fee of TRY10 is incurred for domestic flights.

Even though reservation class B is a flexible Economy fare class, it is subject to the ticket change rules of Business Flexible.

For flights that include connecting flights between Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet, Turkish Airlines' cancelation/refund rules apply.

티켓 변경(날짜/노선)

출발 전 1시간 이내에는 티켓을 변경할 수 없습니다.

출발 전 1-12시간 이내에 티켓을 변경할 경우 30% 수수료가 적용되며, 변경으로 인해 발생하는 차액은 별도로 청구되거나 환불됩니다.

티켓 재발급은 출발 전 12시간 이내에 해야 합니다.

출발 후에는 티켓을 변경할 수 없습니다.

국내선 티켓은 다른 국내선으로만 변경 가능하고 국제선으로 변경할 수 없습니다.

티켓 변경(재발급) 시 상위 클래스로 업그레이드를 요청할 경우 국내선의 경우 10TRY의 추가 발권 수수료가 적용됩니다.

발권 수수료, 세금 및 요금을 합계에서 공제한 이후에 티켓 변경(재발급) 수수료가 적용됩니다.

터키항공과 AnadoluJet 사이의 연결항공편을 포함하는 경우 터키항공의 티켓 변경 규정이 적용됩니다.

2016년 6월 24일 기준 파트너가 운행하는 호파 및 에르칸 도착 항공편 및 국내선의 경우(코드셰어 항공편 제외) 동일 항공편의 비즈니스 클래스로 업그레이드하려는 국내선 이코노미 클래스(국내선 프로모션 클래스 제외) 티켓을 소지한 승객은 출발 0-1시간 이내에 처리하는 경우에도 위약금 없이 업그레이드 가능하며, 이코노미 클래스와 비즈니스 클래스 운임의 차액(세금 및 수수료 포함)만 청구됩니다.

취소/환불

어떠한 경우에도 발권 수수료는 환불되지 않습니다.

출발 전 1시간 이내에는 티켓을 취소/환불할 수 없습니다.

출발 전 1~12시간 이내에 취소 또는 환불할 경우 비용의 30%가 공제되며 발권 수수료를 제외한 나머지 금액이 환불됩니다.

출발하기 최소 12시간 전에 취소 또는 환불할 경우 비용의 10%가 공제되며 발권 수수료를 제외한 나머지 금액이 환불됩니다.

노쇼(no-show)의 경우 항공편 출발 후에 티켓을 환불할 수 없습니다.1

Adult passengers who have Miles&Smiles Classic card can benefit from domestic CIP service for 70 TRY and child passengers for 35 TRY.
Adult passengers who have Miles&Smiles Classic Plus card can benefit from domestic CIP service for 35 TRY and child*** passengers for 21 TRY.
Adult passengers who have Miles&Smiles Elite card, their guests* or their family members** can benefit from domestic CIP service for 35 TRY and child passengers for 21 TRY.
Passengers who have Miles&Smiles Elite Plus card, their guests* or their family members** can benefit from domestic CIP or Sabiha Gokcen international CIP service for free.
Note: In case Elite and Elite Plus passengers arrive with more than one guest and in case Elite and Elite Plus passengers arive together with family members and guest at the same time, guests will be able to benefit from domestic CIP lounges for 70 TRY and Sabiha Gokcen international lounges for 90 TRY.
Passengers who have Miles&Smiles Classic card, Classic Plus card and Elite card, can benefit from Sabiha Gökçen international CIP service for 90 TRY in İstanbul Sabiha Gokcen-Cyprus Ercan flights and can benefit from Ankara Esenboga international CIP service for 60 TRY in Ankara-Cyprus Ercan flights. Ankara Esenboga international CIP servise payment is only made at the entrance of lounge.
*The guest does not have to travel with the same passenger on the same plane, but must travel on the same day with a member of Star Alliance airline and submit his/her boarding pass.
**Family members must only include husband/wife and children and must travel with the member who has an Elite Plus/Elite card.
***The child passenger is between 2 and 12 years of age.
****Discounts are valid on AnadoluJet flights. It is not valid on codeshare.

F, U, W, P fare classes are not allowed to change dates and routes. V fare class the following rules apply for domestic flights of AnadoluJet; (V fare class is not allowed to change dates and routes for Cyprus flights)

•    A penalty of 100 TRY is applied between 0-2 hours before flight, if there is a fare class difference, the fare class difference is collected, but it is not refundable. The change is charged as 15 TRY as service fee (DU)

•    A penalty of 55 TRY is applied between 2-12 hours before flight, if the fare class difference is taken but it is not refunded. The change is charged as 15 TRY as service fee (DU)

•    If there is more than 12 hours before flight, a penalty of 55 TRY will be applied and if the fare class is different, it will be taken or refunded. The change is charged as 15 TRY as service fee (DU)

Cancelation/Refund
No cancellation/refund transaction is carried out, only the taxes collected are refunded. (Ticketing service charge and fuel oil charge shall not be evaluated within the scope of tax refund.)
No-show (failure to board the flight without prior cancelation)
The tickets which have more than one flight (roundtrip, transit or multiple) must be used in sequence. If you do not board any of your flights, the remaining flights (including return flights) will be automatically canceled unless you provide information by calling our Call Center. (Ticketing service charge and fuel oil charge shall not be evaluated within the scope of tax refund.) Otherwise, in case of canceled flights, if there is no available seat on their own flight, it is necessary to apply to the sales offices in order to be able to fly at first flight that has an availability within 24 hours.

Adult passengers who have Miles&Smiles Elite card, their guests* or their family members** can benefit from domestic CIP service for 35 TRY and child passengers for 21 TRY.
Passengers who have Miles&Smiles Elite Plus card, their guests* or their family members** can benefit from domestic CIP or Sabiha Gokcen international CIP service for free.
Note: In case Elite and Elite Plus passengers arrive with more than one guest and in case Elite and Elite Plus passengers arive together with family members and guest at the same time, guests will be able to benefit from domestic CIP lounges for 70 TRY and Sabiha Gokcen international lounges for 90 TRY.
Passengers who have Miles&Smiles Classic card, Classic Plus card and Elite card, can benefit from Sabiha Gökçen international CIP service for 90 TRY in İstanbul Sabiha Gokcen-Cyprus Ercan flights and can benefit from Ankara Esenboga international CIP service for 60 TRY in Ankara-Cyprus Ercan flights. Ankara Esenboga international CIP servise payment is only made at the entrance of lounge.
*The guest does not have to travel with the same passenger on the same plane, but must travel on the same day with a member of Star Alliance airline and submit his/her boarding pass.
**Family members must only include husband/wife and children and must travel with the member who has an Elite Plus/Elite card.
***The child passenger is between 2 and 12 years of age.
****Discounts are valid on AnadoluJet flights. It is not valid on codeshare.
Special discounts. Passengers who purchase one of our discount tickets must provide proof that they qualify for the discount. Students Student passengers between the ages of 13-25 will have 10% discount on seat fee excluding taxes. The “Student” passenger type is valid for tickets purchased via sales channels other than anadolujet.com and mobile application. Passengers purchasing discounted tickets are required to submit their documents regarding the discount basis. “Student” passengers are required to become Miles&Smiles members before ticketing.
Jetgenç For a Jetgenç discount passenger must be between 13 and 25 (younger than 26) who is a Turkish citizen and member of Jetgenç's programme, 20% discount is applied on ticket fare excluding taxes and fees for Jetgenç passenger type. Jetgenç passenger type is only valid for tickets which are bought via www.anadolujet.com.
Infants aged 0-2 years old A fixed price of TRY 34 is applied for infants aged 0-2 who do not require a seat. The fee is TRY 39 on tickets with connecting flights.
Children aged 2-12 years old 10% discount over the seat prices excluding the taxes is applied the childeren passengers (between the ages of 2 and 12) over this price in all classes.
Military personnel Privates and non-commissioned officers fulfilling military service are entitled to 10% discount on seat fares excluding taxes solely in AnadoluJet Lefkosa Ercan Airport flights. Military service discount is valid at channels excluding anadolujet.com and AnadoluJet mobile app. Veterans and veteran companions are entitled to 20% discount on seat fares excluding taxes in our domestic flight tickets with B, H, M, A, S, O, E, Q, T, L classes. Companion discount is provided upon submission of medical report including the statement of “must travel with a companion”.
Families A family discount of 10% is applied to the passengers with the same surname for at least 3 and at most 9 persons in flexible classes. Family discount is not valid for the reservations of two adults and one infant.
Martyr family Flexible wage classes are subject to a 20% discount on prices excluding taxes and fees. (Cyprus is not included) The necessary documents are presented and discounts are applied in the sales offices.
Disabled

Passenger who have %40 disabled and more is applied %20 discounts on all domestic flights except promotion classes. Our passengers who have %40 disabled or more and wish to benefit from the discount must present their identity cards with the disabled ID card or health board report or the "disabled" card issued by the Prime Ministry Administration for Disabled People. Disability discounts cannot be applied to online ticket sales. 

In addition, if a doctor's report with the 'must travel with companionship' is presented, a 20% discount will be applied on all applicable domestic fares except for promotional fares travel with the disabled passenger at the same time.

•    Reservations made during the last 3 – 2 days stay in the flight; 6 hour option is given for ticketing. 

•    Reservations made during the last 3 and few days stay in the flight; no option is given for ticketing, it must be ticketed immediately.

O, E, Q, T classes

•    Reservations made during the last 355 – 30 days stay in the flight; 7 days option is given for ticketing. 

•    Reservations made during the last 29 – 13 days stay in the flight; 3 days option is given for ticketing.

V, P, W,U, F classes Reservations made for classes; no option is given for ticketing, it must be ticketed immediately.
Change of date or route
In case of any change request “more than 12 hours” to scheduled flight time; 55 TRY penalty fee will be applied. If there is a charge difference arising from this change, the charge will also be refunded.
 
In case of any change request “between 2 and 12 hours” to scheduled flight time; 55 TRY penalty fee will be applied. If there is a charge difference due to this change, it will be charged separately but the fee difference will not be refunded.
 
Scheduled flight time is '' 0-2 hours '' if there is time; 100 TRY is deducted for the changes made on the ticket. If there is a charge difference due to this change, it will be charged separately but the fee difference will not be refunded.
 
15 TRY(ticketing service fee) is received as the change charge for change request.
Cancelation/Refund
•    If there is “more than 12 hours”, passenger can cancel/refund the ticket with 75 TRY penalty fee.(Ticketing service charge shall not be evaluated within the scope of tax refund.)
•    If the scheduled flight time is less than 12 hours, cancellation / refund is not allowed, only the tax reimbursement is returned (Ticket Service Fee and Fuel Fuel are not subject to refund).
No-show (failure to board a flight without prior cancelation)
The tickets which have more than one flight (roundtrip, transit or multiple) must be used in sequence. If you do not board any of your flights, the remaining flights (including return flights) will be automatically canceled unless you provide information by calling our Call Center. (Ticketing service charge and fuel oil charge shall not be evaluated within the scope of tax refund.) Otherwise, in case of canceled flights, if there is no available seat on their own flight, it is necessary to apply to the sales offices in order to be able to fly at first flight that has an availability within 24 hours)
