Istanbul Airport (IST) is in Arnavutköy, on the city's European side. The HAVAİST bus service provides convenient access to the airport from various locations throughout the city. IETT buses numbered H-1, H-2, H-3, H-6, and H-8 also depart from various locations throughout the city for Istanbul Airport. In addition, the M11 metro line runs from Gayrettepe to Istanbul Airport.

Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is in the Gaziemir district. Havaş buses operate between the airport and the city center, as well as other locations. Metro-Izban services, on the left diagonal opposite the Domestic Terminal exit, and municipal buses at the Arrivals Terminal exit, are also options for airport transportation.
