• By participating to the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  This Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers. Miles cannot be earned on discounted rentals.
• This Offer is available only for Miles&Smiles members.
  To benefit from this Offer, you must book your car rental via the dedicated Miles&Smiles and Europcar landing page: https://www.europcar.com/en-us/p/europcar-partner/miles-and-smiles
• You must present a valid Miles&Smiles membership card (digital or physical) in the name of the Member making the booking at the Europcar station when picking up the rented vehicle.
• The same Member cannot earn benefits for more than one rental at any given time, and only one rental can be recorded within the scope of this Offer.
• This Offer is valid for rental bookings made between March 30, 2026 and May 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”), unless otherwise extended or modified at Europcar’s own and entire discretion.
• As a Miles&Smiles member, you can double your Miles based on the duration of your rental. A multiplier is applied to the standard base of 500 Miles; when you make a qualifying rental of more than 2 days, you will receive 2x Miles (1,000 Miles total).
• This Offer applies to all vehicle categories and replaces any existing tier-based bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.

• This Offer is valid for bookings made during the Promotional Period only.
• Miles should be credited to the member’s account within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the car rental.
• Miles earned through this Offer are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Only the Miles&Smiles member renting the car can earn Miles.
• This Offer is not available for car rental bookings made in the USA, Canada, Japan, India, and China.
• This Offer is applicable for rentals with a maximum duration of 21 days. Rentals exceeding 21 days will not be eligible for the promotional multipliers.
• In the event of any required assistance with the car rental, Members must liaise with Europcar Station from which the car was rented and show their rental receipt.
