Dear Passengers,

Due to the terrorist attacks in Moscow, all passengers registered for Moscow flights between 22 MARCH 2024 and 30 APRIL 2024 (inclusive) for tickets issued on or before 22 March 2024, provided that they take action until 31 MAY 2024 (inclusive):

1) Reservation changes will be made without any charge for different booking classes only if the new reservation is in the same cabin.

2) Refund requests:

Refund requests will be handled with fare rules of original ticket.

3) Extension of ticket validity:

The validity of the ticket can be extended until 31 MAY 2024 (inclusive) without any fee difference or penalty.

4) Aforementioned practices will only be valid for flights operated by Turkish Airlines.
