Renewal of Miles&Smiles’ infrastructure

Dear Passengers,

In order to perfect your travel experience, we are renewing Turkish Airlines' Frequent Flyer Program, Miles&Smiles’ infrastructure. 

Due to the improvements we will make on the system, it will not be possible to access the member accounts between 17-19 November, while the transactions will also be interrupted in the sales offices, agencies and call center channels. 

In order to avoid any possible grievance/ nuisance, we kindly request you to carry out your award ticket arrangements, upgrades, shopping on shopandmiles.com, and any other transactions, out of above mentioned date range.
