在线渠道使用条件

一般信息

预订/出票流程期间记录的乘客名字和姓氏不得在日后更改。

所有航班时间,包括在线渠道上显示的出发和抵达时间,均为当地时间。

航班预定的飞机类型或出发时间可能会因运营原因发生变化。

因技术难题或输入错误/缺失联系信息而产生的任何问题,土耳其航空公司概不负责。

通过在线渠道预订机票/出票 了解更多

有资格通过在线渠道预订机票/出票的航班:

  • 由土耳其航空公司运营的航班 
  • 由 AnadoluJet 运营的航班 
  • 代码共享航班(与土耳其航空公司签署代码共享协议的航空公司所运营的航班)

注意在多城市航班中,最多可选择 6 段行程。选择多城市航班时,抵达航班与后续出发航班的间隔时间必须至少为 30 分钟(国内航班)和 90 分钟(国际航班)。

预订日期范围:
  • 最长可于航班起飞前 355 天预订国内和国际航班。
  • 某些路线可能无法在超出上述日期范围后提供预订服务。

  • 国际航班:航班起飞前至少 2 小时、最多 355 天
    1对于代码共享航班和某些 Turkish Airlines 的航班,日期范围、现有的双方协议或可用付款方式可能会发生变化。
在线渠道(网站/移动应用程序)之外所完成的任何付款相关的机票价格可能会随通过不同销售渠道所收取的服务费而异。
预订过程中的舱位变更或汇率变化会引起机票价格的变化。 
使用在线渠道(网站/移动应用程序)和其他销售渠道进行的所有预订均由我们的系统自动控制。预订规则规定,如果重复任何预订,则仅其中一次预订有效。除此之外,旅行的费用、日期或选项将被取消,恕不另行通知。请小心避免重复进行预订。

不允许未满 48 小时的婴儿搭乘航班。对于未满一周的婴儿,必须出示医疗报告,表明不存在与飞行相关的任何健康风险。
  • 婴儿不可单独旅行。婴儿乘客必须至少有 1 名成年人或无人陪同的未成年人陪同。如果 2 名成人和 1 名婴儿同行,则婴儿乘客必须注册预订中所列首位成人的座位,且会应用相应的座位选择规则。 
  • 2 至 6 岁的儿童必须有人陪同。 
  • 7 至 11 岁的儿童可持无人陪同的未成年人机票独自旅行,但不可在线办理登机手续。 

折扣机票:

通过在线渠道购买的机票不可享受各种折扣。单击查看有关折扣机票类型(老年人折扣、未成年人折扣、学生折扣、儿童折扣、军人折扣)的更多信息、规定和其他详细信息。

例外情况:

飞往巴统的航班: 如果航班从土耳其出发或抵达土耳其,则仅可通过在线渠道订票。不可预订从以下城市出发的国际航班。如果前往土耳其/从土耳其境外出发,请选择巴统作为您的出发/抵达城市。有关更多详细信息,请联系我们的呼叫中心或访问我们任意一家售票处。 

注意

飞往塞浦路斯的航班: 前往塞浦路斯的未成年乘客(未满 18 周岁)必须出示由其父母签署的同意书,表明同意该未成年人出境。如果未成年人仅与其父亲或母亲同行,必须出示由父母中的另一方在最近六个月内签署和公证的同意书,表明允许此未成年人出境。中途停留的等待时间将不低于 1 小时。 

在不同机场中转的航班: 对于我们的部分中转航班,乘客可能需要在同一城市的不同机场进行中转。例如,某些在伊斯坦布尔中转的伦敦至德黑兰航班可能要求先在伊斯坦布尔萨比哈·格克琴机场着陆,然后再前往伊斯坦布尔机场搭乘中转航班。如果是这种情况,乘客需确认他们了解情况,且需负责自行携带行李前往中转航班起飞的机场。

办理登机 了解更多

乘客可于航班出发前提前 24 小时通过在线渠道在线办理登机手续和选择他们的座位。我们会在飞机起飞前提前 90 分钟提供此服务。

乘客可于航班起飞前提前 12 小时完成自助登机手续。我们会在国内航班起飞前 45 分钟或国际航班起飞前 提前 60 分钟提供此服务。搭乘国际航班的乘客需在航班预定起飞时间前至少提前两三 (3) 小时抵达机场。


行李和登机牌:

对于国际航班而言,乘客必须于航班预定起飞时间前至少提前 60 分钟完成所有登机和行李处理程序。搭乘国内航班的乘客需在航班预定起飞时间前至少提前三 (3) 小时抵达机场。对于国内航班而言,乘客必须于航班预定起飞时间前至少提前 45 分钟完成所有登机和行李处理程序。

如果您的行李超出您的分配限重,请在规划您的机场旅程时考虑支付超额行李费所需的时间。若未能按时领取登机牌或到达登机口,我方将取消您的预定。行李超重时,乘客需参照超额行李支付流程办理托运。因乘客不准时而产生的任何问题,土耳其航空公司概不负责。

在登机前尚未向登机口提出申请的乘客,甚至尚未在网上打印登机牌的乘客均不得登机。


行李和安全:

请自行准备您的行李或查看准备工作。请勿拿走陌生人的其他任何物品。此外,还应仔细检查,确保将箱包封好。

如果出现以下情况,您的行李将均不得登机;

• 您的行李可能会对飞机、乘客或其他货物造成损坏。

• 您的行李没有便于有序和安全处理的方式包装。

• 您的行李包含受出发国、目的国或飞越国法律和法规禁止的运输物品。

• 您的行李尺寸超出了尺寸限制。

• 单件行李超过 32 kg。

• 您的行李包含违禁危险物质。




特殊请求:

由于运营原因,如有特殊帮助请求(如轮椅帮助),必须在航班起飞前至少 48 小时提出。特殊餐饮请求必须在航班起飞前至少 24 小时提出。请单击了解更多信息。


座位:

土耳其航空公司为乘客提供预选座位服务,但即便您的预定已得到确认并已在线上办理好登机手续,我方不保证提供任何指定座位。出于运营需求,土耳其航空公司保留更改您预选座位的权利。

 
登机口: 

为了完成最后的准备工作以确保航班如期抵达,登机口将于航班起飞前 20 分钟关闭。敬请注意,某些机场从候机大厅至登机口通常需要 25 分钟。 


特殊安检站: 

前往须收集特殊安全信息目的地的乘客应提前到达机场,接受并通过相关机构设立的特殊安检限制。线上填好特殊安全信息表的乘客可在线打印登机牌。 

填写该表需随身携带您的护照或旅行证件,并点击“特殊信息”按钮。未填写表格的乘客,只可在线办理登机手续,无法打印登机牌。 

在线填写特殊安全表格并打印登机牌,可节省在机场花费的时间。


旅行证件: 

请确保您到达机场时已携带机票/护照等全部相关旅行证件。

所有乘客均需在机票和安检口出示带照片的有效身份证件(国内航班需出示身份证、驾驶证或护照;国际航班需出示护照)。


超额预订:

航班可能会有超额预订的情况。您可能无法获取已确认预订的航班座位。请注意,如果未能在线办理登机手续,您须按照出发机场的常规值机程序办理。

对于已确认机票和预订的乘客,可在值机柜台获取更多拒绝登机补偿系统的相关信息。


航班延误: 

土耳其航空公司不会向您发送航班延误或取消的通知。请联系您所在当地的土耳其航空公司办事处和机场以检查延误状态。如有延误,您仍应准时抵达机场以防情形发生变化。


取消网上值机办理:

网上购票的乘客可联系呼叫中心 444 0 849。取消网上值机办理分机号码为 4-2-1。

网上值机业务一经取消,先前打印的登机牌将不再有效。在此情况下,为了防止登机时出现任何意外情况,请重新核对并打印新的登机牌。


乘机联顺序: 

承运人只接受与相关机票顺序对应的乘机联。 

如果国际旅程的第一乘机联未使用,而乘客从其中的中途停留地或约定经停点开始旅程的,机票可能无效,承运人可能不执行乘机联。

取消/退款和更改 了解更多

不是通过在线渠道进行的机票取消/退款和更改:

  • 已完成第一段旅程的机票。
  • 通过其他渠道,如我们的售票处、呼叫中心或代理机构开出的机票。
  • 通过 EFT 或网上银行购买的机票。
  • 更改奖励机票。
  • 多城市航班。

如果机票取消/退款和更改不是通过在线渠道进行的,请联系我们的呼叫中心或前往土耳其航空公司售票处,以便取消、请求退款或更改机票。

我们将根据购票期间使用的付款方式处理任何机票退款。

取消、更改或请求退款时,会自动计算所有扣除金额、税款或差价和机票服务费用等。

机票服务费用仅在航班违规行为(航班变更、航班取消和特殊情况)导致行程取消的情况下可以退还。在没有航班违规的情况下,根据乘客的要求取消的机票服务费用将不予退还。

向 iDEAL 和 Klarna 网上银行转账 账户支付的退款将在大约 5 天内处理。

其他付款方式的退款期限将视相关机构的现行协议而定。

如果重新出票,则您需要支付新机票与原机票之间的差价以及所示的重新出票费。

您的取消/退款和更改请求适用于您的预订下方列出的所有乘客。不可对一次预订中的单个乘客单独执行交易。

我们将以发送电子邮件的形式,确认通过在线渠道进行的取消/退款和更改。

增加同行乘客 了解更多

为了方便更加轻松地增加其他乘客,Miles&Smiles 会员可将其家人、朋友或任何其他个人的信息保存在他们在 Miles&Smiles 帐户中。之后便可在预订和出票阶段使用保存的此类信息。Miles&Smiles 会员有责任确保输入的所有信息均为最新的正确信息。一个 Miles&Smiles 帐户最多可以注册 10 位乘客。

Because Turkish Airlines is based in Türkiye, additional processing fees may be charged by Your bank for any online ticket purchases made with a credit card not issued by a Turkish bank. 

Klarna online bank transfer: Klarna online bank transfer is an online payment system which allows payments to be made from Your bank account quickly and securely. Klarna online bank transfer is supported by many banks across Europe. Please visit https://www.klarna.com/sofort/ for more details. If you have chosen to pay using Klarna online bank transfer at checkout, you will be forwarded to the Klarna online bank transfer website. Once payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected back to the Turkish Airlines website and Your ticked details will be displayed. 

It is the passenger's responsibility to transmit the complete ticket payment on time to Turkish Airlines. Tickets for which payments are not made Turkish Airlines within seven days will be canceled. Turkish Airlines is not responsible for any errors in payment or late payments originating from the passenger or passenger's bank. In case of dispute, Turkish Airlines' records must be shown as positive proof.

TK Wallets

  • TK Wallets can be created and used only by Miles&Smiles members.
  • Payment via TK Wallet is valid only for tickets and additional services purchased through the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application.
  • TK Wallet can be created in one of four currencies: TRY, EUR, USD, GBP.
  • Payment via TK Wallet is valid only for Turkish Airlines and AJet flights. This payment method cannot be used on codeshare flights and/or flights operated by other airlines.
  • TK Money cannot be cashed out, refunded to a credit card, or transferred to another Miles&Smiles member.
  • TK Wallet cannot be used to pay for the following services and, in these cases, the "Pay with TK Wallet" option will not be displayed:
    • Hold the Price
    • Ticket change operations
    • Purchasing a Gift Card
    • Miles&Smiles Miles transactions
    • Award ticket issuance
    • Star Award ticket issuance
    • Ticketing transactions made with currencies other than TRY, EUR, USD, GBP.
  • The validity period of TK Money is two years from the date it is credited to the account. TK Money that is not used within this period loses its validity. No claim can be made towards TK Money that is no longer valid.

Apple Pay: With Apple Pay, you can pay securely and quickly via cards saved to your Apple Wallet from your Apple devices using biometric verification methods such as facial recognition (Face ID) or fingerprint (Touch ID). You can select Apple Pay as the payment method if the payment page supports the country to which your Apple ID is linked and the card and currency you want to pay with. If you don't have a card on file, you can perform your transaction by registering it at the time of payment, or you can make a payment after registering in the Apple Wallet app. Country/bank information where Apple Pay is supported can be found at the https://www.apple.com/apple-pay/.

Google Pay: With the cards you've saved to your Google Pay account, you can pay quickly and securely using biometric verification methods such as facial recognition (Face ID) or fingerprint (Touch ID). After you select Google Pay at checkout, you can see your saved cards or add new cards by logging in with your Gmail account. If you're using a non-Chrome browser (Safari, Firefox, Edge), you'll need to allow pop-ups to automatically appear on your screen in your browser's settings in order to make your payment. Otherwise, your payment will fail. You can find the country where Google Pay is supported here, and detailed information about Google Pay can be found on the https://pay.google.com/about/ page.

Klarna: Klarna is an online payment system that aims to smooth your payment. You can buy your tickets now with Klarna and pay later. On the payment page, when you click on the ‘Show Klarna options’ button, you will be offered to ‘Pay now’, ‘Pay later’ and ‘Slice it’ options according to your information. In addition, Klarna may request additional information if needed. After you buy your tickers with Klarna, you will pay for it to Klarna. Klarna is available for our passengers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the UK.

iDEAL: iDEAL is an online payment system which allows payments to be made from Your bank account quickly and securely. In order to use the iDEAL payment method, you must hold an internet banking account with ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Bunq, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, Triodos, Moneyou, Handelsbanken or Van Lanschot. Please visit www.ideal.nl for more details. If you have chosen to pay using iDEAL at checkout, you will be forwarded to Your bank's website. Once payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected back to the Turkish Airlines website and Your ticked details will be displayed.

Please complete transactions made on Your bank's system as soon as possible and do not close the window until you have been redirected back to the Turkish Airlines website. If Your payment was made successfully but no ticket is issue, please contact Our call center for a refund.

Shetab Card: Shetab is an online payment card supported by Iranian banks. On our flights from Iran, you can make payments safely and quickly with Shetab cards, by selecting your the exchange rate as IRR. You can find more information on Shetab card payment methods here: https://www.shaparak.ir. If you choose to make a payment on the Shetab payment page, you will be redirected to the Samanbank website. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will be redirected to the Turkish Airlines website, where you will be able to view your ticket details.

KNET: Knet is a local card payment system supported by Kuwaiti banks that allows customers to make payments without having to share their full card information. You can make payments swiftly on KNET by selecting the KWD exchange rate. If you choose to make a payment on the payment page with KNET, you will be redirected to the KNET website in order to complete the payment process. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will be redirected to the Turkish Airlines website, where you will be able to view your ticket details.

Alipay: Alipay is a payment system that allows you to register your cards and make your payment quickly and securely. You can get more information about Alipay from https://intl.alipay.com website. If you choose to pay with Alipay on the payment page, you will be directed to the Alipay website to complete your payment. After your payment has been made successfully, you will be directed to Turkish Airlines website and you will be able to see the ticket details.

Gift Card: Turkish Airlines Gift Card is only sold on the Turkish Airlines website and mobile application. Turkish Airlines Gift Card validity period is two years from the date of purchase. The balance that is not used within the period is non-refundable and no rights can be claimed regarding this balance. Turkish Airlines Gift Card is not a credit or debit card. It is valid only for products and services determined by Turkish Airlines. Turkish Airlines Gift Card is not personal. It can also be used on behalf of another person you wish. When the balance of the Turkish Airlines Gift Card is exhausted, it cannot be reloaded. There is no monthly or annual maintenance fee for Turkish Airlines Gift Card.

EFT: In EFT transactions, the total ticket amount must reach Turkish Airlines' account. While making an EFT transaction, the "EFT code" displayed on the “Checkout”/ “Confirmation” page must be used, and "Turkish Airlines" must be indicated as the recipient.

EFT payments can be made via any bank in Türkiye.

Cash&Miles: You can use our payment method Cash&Miles that is an additional privilege that provides a channel to redeem and earn Miles at the same time for paid tickets which can be purchased on our website and mobile application with your membership login.

  • Tickets paid with Cash&Miles are subject to standard fare rules.
  • Scheduled domestic and international tickets can be paid with Cash&Miles.
  • Cash&Miles payment option is only available for tickets purchased via Turkish Airlines website and our mobile application.
  • Cash&Miles cannot be used on any Codeshare, Anadolujet and partner flights.
  • Members earn Miles in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tickets they purchase. (For example; 600 Miles are earned for a “B“ class paid ticket on ISTANBUL-ANKARA flight, same amount for when the payment is made via Cash&Miles.)
  • Miles options vary according to the fare and Miles/cash conversion rates.
  • Excluding the tax, up to 50% of the ticket price can be paid with Cash&Miles.
  • Fee differences arising from ticket changes cannot be paid with Cash&Miles.
  • The Cash&Miles payment method can only be used for online ticketing. It cannot be used to purchase additional services or reservation rights.

In place of payment via EFT, passengers holding İş Bankası accounts may select the internet banking payment option and make payment via İş Bankası's internet banking service."

If the EFT payment option is not selected, a reservation payment cannot be made via EFT.

EFT cannot be used in Pay and Fly payments.

Internet banking: You can complete payment and ticketing processes for reservations made through Online Services via the internet banking systems of banks with which Turkish Airlines has existing agreements (Türkiye İş Bankası). Simply enter the reservation code (PNR) and any one of the passenger surnames recorded under the reservation into the relevant fields on the Internet Banking system through which you wish to pay.

Express checkout: The payment information entered into Online Services by Miles&Smiles members can be kept by Turkish Airlines, in accordance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS).

With this saved information, you can make payment for subsequent reservations quickly, easily and securely without having to enter Your card details.

After signing into Miles&Smiles, check the "Save my payment details" option while purchasing a ticket to save Your payment details. You can also save Your payment details and Your preferred payment method on the "My Payment Details" page of Your Miles&Smiles account.

By saving Your payment details, you authorize Turkish Airlines to securely keep those details and use them during purchasing transactions which you subsequently carry out.

While saving Your credit card details, the related CVC code will not be recorded.

You can save up to 3 cards. If you wish to save additional cards, you will be required to delete one of the existing records.

Choose Express Checkout on the "Checkout" page and use one of Your saved cards or preferred payment methods. Currencies supported by each payment method currencies supported by credit/debit card payments:

Paying with a voucher: Online ticket transactions can be performed with vouchers (RDL&RSD EMD) created for ticket refunds from our website. The payment process begins after voucher is selected for payment option in the payment page. If the voucher entered covers the ticket fare, the ticket is issued. If an additional payment is required, the remaining amount is paid via other payment methods and then the ticket is issued. When paying with vouchers;

  • Only vouchers issued in the name of the passenger can be used.
  • A maximum of three vouchers can be added for one passenger.
  • If the voucher entered covers the ticket fare, other vouchers may not be added.
  • If there is remaining value on the voucher, that amount may not be used for another passenger.
  • The amount of the voucher is shown in the currency to be paid.
  • Vouchers issued in exchange for domestic tickets may be used only for domestic flights. Vouchers issued for international tickets may be used only for international flights.
  • If the voucher amount exceeds the ticket fare, a one-time voucher is created for the remaining value.
  • The voucher is valid for Turkish Airlines direct flights only. It cannot be used for Codeshare or SPA flights.

In tickets purchased through Online Services, card presentation will only be requested for transactions which have been identified as "suspect" by Our system. If a transaction is identified as "suspect", a card presentation warning will be displayed on the checkout page, and this warning will need to be confirmed. After confirming this warning, the cardholder must present the credit card and a valid identification document (passport, birth certificate, driver's license or marriage certificate, etc.) before the flight (at Turkish Airlines sales offices or check-in counter). Furthermore, this credit card must be submitted for any changes or cancellations/refunds to a ticket. In case this warning is not confirmed, the transaction will not be completed and the use of an alternative credit card will be requested.

For payments made by credit card and debit card, 3-D Secure verification may be requested where deemed necessary and supported by the card bank. For 3-D Secure authentication, the 3-D Secure password must be entered in the window of the bank to be opened after the card information is entered. Card submissions are not required for tickets purchased through 3-D Secure full validation.

Turkish Airlines is not liable for any claim whatsoever regarding injuries, illnesses, death, damages, costs or expenses incurred via the actions and/or omissions thereof of its business partners or the actions and/or omissions thereof of third parties unconnected to the provision of your arrangements, or for events beyond our control.

Travel Insurance
  • The travel insurance service offered by Turkish Airlines is provided by Cover Genius Limited. Cover Genius Limited is responsible for the sale of insurance, including cancellation/return, modification and indemnification claims (injury, flight cancellation, etc.) related to the insurance product purchased from our partner.   • In the event of a change in the flight or a change requested by passengers, a new insurance policy must be issued.
  • For insurance sales, only the option to pay by credit card is accepted.
  • The credit card information entered by passengers to purchase tickets through our Online Channels will be shared with Cover Genius Limited; the premium for the purchased travel insurance will be charged to Cover Genius Limited's payment system. Hotel reservation

  • The hotel reservation service offered by Turkish Airlines is provided by Booking.com and Jolly. All responsibility for the hotel reservation, including cancellations, refunds, modifications and compensation claims related to the purchased additional service product belongs to B.V. Booking.com if the reservation is made through Booking.com; or to Jolly if it is made through Jolly.

Rental Car

The Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive damages or losses that may arise as a result of booking a car rental from Avis Budget EMEA Limited and Otokoç Otomotiv Tic. Ve San. A.Ş. or any of their subsidiaries or branches that provide the car rental services we offer. Any material damages, material losses, injuries, loss of business, or loss of reputation and trust arising from car rentals are covered and not limited to these items.

The aforementioned limitations apply only if Turkish Airlines has been informed of any damages and losses that may occur. In the event of a rejection or exception to the limitations, the liability of Turkish Airlines in the judicial process that may arise for any damages shall be to the extent permitted by the relevant law.

Driver's license and car rental age applications

Passengers who rent a car must be at least 21 years old and have at least one year of a B-group driving license.

To utilize the Young Driver Fee application, the conditions below and in the table must be met.

  • In order to rent vehicles in the economy segment, it is necessary to be at least 21 years old and have a 1-year driver's license. Passengers between the ages of 19-21 who have a 1-year driver's license can rent a car from the economy segment by paying the Young Driver Fee.
  • In order to rent vehicles in the comfort segment, it is necessary to be at least 23 years old and have a 2-year driving license. Passengers between the ages of 21-23 who have a 2-year driver's license can rent a car from the comfort segment by paying the Young Driver Fee.
  • In order to rent vehicles in the prestige segment, it is necessary to be at least 25 years old and have a 2-year driving license. Passengers between the ages of 23-25 who have a 2-year driver's license can rent a car from the prestige segment by paying the Young Driver Fee.
  • In order to rent vehicles in the premium segment, it is necessary to be at least 25 years old and have a 3-year driving license. Passengers between the ages of 25-27 who have a 3-year driver's license can rent a car from the premium segment by paying the Young Driver Fee.
  • In order to rent luxury segment vehicles, it is necessary to be at least 27 years old and have a 3-year driver's license. There is no Young Driver application in luxury segment vehicles.
  • In order to rent VAN segment vehicles, it is necessary to be at least 25 years old and have a 2-year driver's license. There is no Young Driver application in VAN segment vehicles.

One-way fees

If the vehicle is picked up in one city and returned in another city, the one-way fee prescribed by Avis will apply. Fee information varies by office and can be viewed at the booking stage. You can contact our Reservation Center for detailed information.

Vehicle drop-off and pick-up procedures

After booking a vehicle, your credit rating will be checked and evaluated via the Findeks application of the Credit Registration Bureau and you will be informed in our offices regarding this matter. If your credit limit is not suitable for prepaid reservations, the car rental fee will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 business days.

Payment terms

The individual renting the vehicle must present their credit card, which bears their name, surname and the card number; the total rental amount and security fees are collected at the start of the rental via that customer’s credit card. Cash payments, debit cards or virtual cards are not accepted.

The lease agreement is prepared during the rental and is regulated according to the laws and practices of the country in which the lease is made. AVIS General Rental Conditions apply to the actual rentals.

Any differences that may occur in the invoice amount at the conclusion of the rental are collected or refunded at the rental point. The credit card holder must be present in person at the time of rental. It is not possible to rent a car using someone else's credit card. In addition to the rental fee, a deposit is collected from the credit card presented by the customer, according to the brand and model of the vehicle to be rented. For this reason, the credit card must have a sufficient limit availability (up to the total price of rent and deposit). The amount charged as a deposit will be refunded to the same card at the end of the rental, after deducting the above-mentioned additional services, as well as guarantees, missing fuel, damage, penalties, etc., if any, that are not included in the reservation. Deposit refunds will appear on the credit card within 3-5 business days after the refund takes place per the internal communication of the bank.

International travel 

Options to travel abroad with the rented vehicle may vary according to the rules of the country where the car is rented. If you wish to travel abroad in the rented vehicle, you must consult the rental office.

E-Visa: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Visas

Our business partner Famous Global may request the passenger's passport information, e-mail address, telephone number, address, company, position and department information, as well as the air carrier and hotel information, if applicable, and further information when necessary.

Famous Global does not perform any operation on personal data except for the cases mentioned above.

For E-Visa processing, our business partner submits your passport information into the systems of the United Arab Emirates where you will apply, and then the relevant diplomatic mission will review your information. During this process, Famous Global does not share your personal information with any different institution or person.

The cost of the United Arab Emirates visa application, for which payment is subsequently confirmed, is not refunded under any circumstances after payment.

Our business partner will not be liable for any failure to travel or for any change of travel date.

Decisions regarding the issuance or refusal of a visa are at the exclusive discretion of the Government of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD. The decision of the Government of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD is final. If the visa application is rejected, there will be no further correspondence and the visa fee will not be refunded; the Government of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD is not required to provide an explanation. Applying for a visa while the passenger has a non-expiring United Arab Emirates visa or duplicate applications from different places will result in rejection. Since the system control of the previous applications is not possible in accordance with the law on PDP, it is the passenger's own responsibility to make duplicate applications or applying for a new visa while having a valid visa. Famous Global is not liable to the applicant for any possible losses or damages if the processing of the visa application is prevented, delayed, restricted or impeded for any reason that causes the Government of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD to delay the processing of applicants' visa applications.

The issuance of the visa or the approval of the visa application does not entitle the applicant/passenger directly to enter the United Arab Emirates. Entry into the United Arab Emirates is at the discretion and discretion of the registrar at the airports of the United Arab Emirates, who are the representative of the Government of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD. If the visa or entry to the United Arab Emirates is refused by the Government of the United Arab Emirates/DNRD, Famous Global bears no responsibility or liability.

The visa is valid in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Government/DNRD rules and regulations as amended from time to time. The visa must be used within the validity period.

The United Arab Emirates visa is an e-visa issued in a valid passport. During their travel, the passenger must travel with a passport for which a visa has been obtained.

Applicants are responsible for checking their visa approval. The applicant accepts that the information written on the visa approval is correct unless any systemic error is detected and notified within 8 hours after the approval mail reaches the applicant. In the event that no amendments are submitted within this period, Famous Global is not liable or responsible to the applicant for any losses or damages incurred due to these reasons.

You can join the Turkish Airlines Corporate Club, the corporate loyalty program of Turkish Airlines, via our online channels. Commercial companies, public institutions, ngos and similar organizations operating in areas other than airline carriers and travel agency activities can become members.

Corporate Club members can perform advantageous corporate ticketing transactions by logging into the online corporate account with the username and password. The number of passengers that can be added on behalf of a member organization is limited to 100 people, with 10 passenger changes permitted per month. If requested by the member, the number of passengers can be changed by considering the membership requirements.

Members of the Turkish Airlines Corporate Club can purchase tickets with special discounts and have extra baggage allowance.

The Corporate Help Desk, an after-sales support service for all members' requests and problems, consists of a dedicated e-mail address and call center to serve members.

Program benefits may vary depending on the country of membership and the period in which the benefits will be used. It does not apply to codeshare flights with other airlines.
