商務艙升等條款與條件

  • 只有持有經濟艙機票的乘客才能享有商務升等優惠。
  • 預訂經濟艙賺取的哩程適用於商務艙升等的兌換；但不會獲得額外哩程。
  • 在商務艙升等兌換中，適用經濟艙預訂的行李限額，不會獲得額外行李限額。
  • 升等完成後，由於作業時效原因，可能無法提供餐飲服務。
  • 商務艙升等優惠須依照土耳其航空公司供給條件提供。
  • 預計攜帶寵物旅行的乘客不適用本措施。
  • 如已購買艙位升等的乘客，變更/退款條件將依照原始購買機票規則。
  • 對於代碼共享航班，升等優惠僅適用於土耳其航空公司營運的航班。
  • Passengers who upgrade their flight class to Business Class are entitled to a refund on their seat purchase in Economy Class. A paid seat refund is automatically performed for class upgrades performed via the website, mobile app, call center and sales offices (paid with virtual POS).
  • 如乘客未使用商務艙升等，原支付升級的費用將不予退還。
  • 如果透過哩程升等，退費將會以相對應哩程退還。
  • 由於土耳其航空公司原因致使無法獲得升等商務艙優惠，乘客可以申請退還預購升等的款項或升等的哩程。
  • Cabin upgrades purchased for domestic and international flights do not include the Lounge service.
  • 土耳其航空公司保留出於商業或營運因素不在部分航線和日期提供商務升等的權利。
