TENDER NOTICES

Turkish Airlines will procure “Trash Compactor Box”. The number of trash compactor box to be procured for the first year is 103,950 and for the second optional year is 103,950.

The tender documents can be requested free of charge via email from ONURTURKOGLU@THY.COM.

The tender documents can only be obtained via email.

Bidders are required to submit a bid bond amounting to 3% of their offers, and the successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond amounting to 6%.

Bidders must prepare their proposals in accordance with the provisions described in the administrative specifications and submit them to ONURTURKOGLU@THY.COM by e-mail by January 22, 2026.

The bidders shall submit samples in accordance with the conditions together with the necessary documents. Bids will be evaluated together with samples.

 Proposals sent by e-mail must arrive before the specified deadline. Under no circumstances, will proposals received after the deadline be evaluated, and Turkish Airlines shall not be held responsible for such delays.

Turkish Airlines reserves the right to purchase or not to purchase the services subject to this tender, either in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

Turkish Airlines intends to purchase the “Legal AI – Contract Management Platform and 5-Year Maintenance and Update Service(s)” by means of negotiated tender procedure. Request for Proposal (RFP) for the tender along with its Appendices, Administrative Specisifacitons and Draft Contract are enclosed.

The proposals prepared as per RFP together with below mentioned specifications shall be e-mailed to atuzel@thy.com not later than, 24.09.2025, at 14:00 (LMT).

Turkish Airlines Inc. is not subject to the State Procurement Law No. 2886 or the Public Procurement Law No. 4734 regarding this tender. Our partnership is free to purchase the materials subject to procurement, in whole or in part, as it wishes.
