PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
You can get to the city center from Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by using the number 747 bus which operates a 24 hour service. The distance from the airport to the city center is 20 km and the journey takes around 35 minutes. The service is run by the company Société de Transport de Montréal and you can buy a ticket for 3.35 Canadian dollars from one of the kiosks inside the airport arrivals area. If you pay using Canadian dollars, you will have the right to use another ticket on the metro for up to two hours after your purchase.

TAXI:
If you want an alternative to the bus, you can reach the city center using the taxi and limousine service which runs from outside the arrivals area. Taxis to the city center charge a fixed fee of 40 Canadian dollars. Prices to other areas depend on the distance and are charged by the meter. You can join the queue for a taxi from inside the arrivals area.
