Terms and Conditions

  1. The campaign is valid for paid standard seat selections made after ticket purchase for flights that have not yet been completed. The discount offered within the scope of the campaign is not valid for flight ticket purchases.
  2. The discount rate within the scope of the campaign is determined as 30% and is valid only for paid standard seat purchases made between 25.12.2025 and 31.12.2025 via the Turkish Airlines website and mobile application using the SEAT30 promo code.
  3. The paid seat service to be purchased within the scope of the campaign is valid for tickets with a ticketing date between 25.12.2024 and 31.12.2025 and a travel date between 25.12.2025 and 15.12.2026.
  4. The campaign is not valid for standard seat purchases made during flight ticket purchases.
  5. The 30% discount applies only to standard seats purchased via our website and mobile application. The campaign is not valid for emergency exit seats, front row seats, extra legroom seats, or bassinet seats.
  6. The campaign is valid for standard seat selections offered on Turkish Airlines scheduled domestic and international, one-way or round-trip, Economy Class flights.
  7. To benefit from the discount on our website using the promo code provided within the scope of the campaign, transactions must be carried out via the check-in and manage booking flows. The ticket or reservation code and the passenger’s surname must be entered. On the travel management page that opens, click the “View all additional services” button under the flight information section to proceed to the seat selection page. After selecting the paid standard seat type, click the continue button. On the page that opens, enter the SEAT30 promo code in the “I have a promo code for additional services” field and click to confirm to apply for the discount. After the discount is applied, complete the discounted seat transaction on the next page.
  8. To benefit from the discount on our mobile application using the promo code provided within the scope of the campaign, transactions must be carried out via the check-in and manage booking flows. The ticket or reservation code and the passenger’s surname must be entered. On the travel management page that opens, click the “Purchase additional services” button under the flight information section. On the page that opens, tap the “Promo code” field at the bottom, enter the SEAT30 promo code, and tap “Apply.” Proceed to the seat selection page, select the paid standard seat type, and continue to complete the discounted seat transaction.
  9. The campaign is not valid for standard seat purchases on flights to/from the following destinations: Abu Dhabi, Atlanta, Bahrain, Baku, Bangkok, Belgrade, Bologna, Brussels, Budapest, Jakarta, Geneva, Djibouti, Dallas, Douala, Edinburgh, Ho Chi Minh City, Houston, Alexandria, Islamabad, Kinshasa, Constantine, Cologne, Kuala Lumpur, Lagos, Leipzig, Mashhad, Montreal, Panama, Beijing, Singapore, Sulaymaniyah, Shiraz, Tallinn, Tokyo, Toulouse, Valencia, Washington DC, Yaoundé, Delhi.
  10. The campaign is not valid on AJet flights, Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, or Star Alliance partner airline flights.
  11. The campaign ends according to local Turkish time.
  12. Refunds are not applicable for standard seats purchased within the scope of the campaign. Changes can be made for the same seat type without any fare difference.
  13. Turkish Airlines reserves the right to amend the campaign’s terms and conditions, definitions, and other information, or to cancel the campaign.

Online check-in is something that can be completed between 24 hours to 90 minutes before your flight using the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application. You can easily check-in online by entering your reservation code (PNR) and surname in the relevant field.

What is the advantage of checking in online? Learn more

By checking in online, you do not need to wait in line at the counter to check-in at the airport and you can easily choose the seats you prefer as long as they are included in your flight class. If you have no suitcases or only hand luggage, you can go directly to the boarding gate.

Passengers requiring special services (unattended children, infirm passengers, and passengers with mobility issues) may benefit from in person check-in methods rather than online check-in. If you’ve checked in online, when you arrive at the airport, you can check your baggage and obtain your boarding pass at one of the Turkish Airlines counters. All check-in procedures must be completed no later than 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic flights. We encourage you to plan your airport arrival in accordance with these regulations as well as the security screenings.

Passengers who pre-print their boarding pass or create a mobile boarding pass can go directly to the boarding gate by passing through the security check if they have no baggage or only hand luggage.
