Terms and Conditions

  • Earning of Miles&Smiles Miles is only applicable to Miles&Smiles members.
  • Members must provide their Miles&Smiles number to Centara when exchanging CentaraThe1 points to Miles&Smiles Miles.
  • 5,000 CentaraThe1 points can be converted to 300 Miles&Smiles Miles.
  • No Miles&Smiles Miles will be added if Membership ID is not provided to Centara upon Exchange.
  • Miles&Smiles Miles will be credited within 6 – 8 weeks from the request of the exchange of CentaraThe1 points to Miles&Smiles.
  • Earning Miles&Smiles will not be applicable to hotel and resort bookings.
  • To transfer CentaraThe1 points from your CentaraThe1 card member account to your Privilege Club membership account, you must be a registered CentaraThe1 member.
  • Once submitted request to transfer CentaraThe1 points to Turkish Airlines Frequeny Flyer Programme, Miles&Smiles Miles cannot be cancelled, and the CentaraThe1 points cannot be returned to your CentaraThe1 member account.
  • Once CentaraThe1 points are transferred they are subject to Miles&Smiles terms and conditions.
