Terms and Conditions

  • Earning Miles on MSC Cruises cruise bookings is valid for individual bookings made through the MSC Cruises Turkey website msccruises.eu/tr, the call center at 0850 420 96 00, or authorized MSC Cruises Turkey travel agents.
  • Members will earn 1 Mile for every €1 spent on eligible cruise bookings.
  • Members must send their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g., TK123456789) to MSC Cruises Turkey via info@msccruises.com.tr in order to earn Miles on bookings made through the aforementioned MSC Cruises Turkey website.
  • Members must send their 9-digit Miles&Smiles membership number (e.g., TK123456789) to MSC Cruises Turkey via info@msccruises.com.tr in order to earn Miles on bookings made through the aforementioned MSC Cruises Turkey website.
  • Miles cannot be earned if the Miles&Smiles membership number is provided incorrectly or not provided during the booking process.
  • Members must complete the relevant cruise voyage in order to earn Miles. No Miles will be awarded for cancelled bookings.
  • MSC Cruises’ standard terms and conditions for cruise bookings and accommodation apply.
  • Miles will be credited to the member’s Miles&Smiles account within 30 days following the completion of the cruise.
  • Miles cannot be earned on cruise bookings made under group allocations. Mile accrual is valid only for individual bookings. For clarification regarding group allocations and individual bookings, members should consult their authorized travel advisor.

  • MSC Cruises and Miles&Smiles reserve the right to amend these Mile accrual terms and conditions at any time.
  • This campaign is subject to a limited allocation of Miles and may end once the allocated Miles have been exhausted.
  • Miles will be earned only for new bookings made between June 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026.
  • As part of the campaign, the relevant Miles are credited to the account of only one (1) Miles&Smiles member staying in each cabin.
