● Step 3: Once you’ve earned enough, open your HeyMax app and go to “Redeem”

● Step 4: Select “Transfer Miles”

● Step 5: Choose “Miles&Smiles”

● Step 6: Enter your membership number and choose how many Max Miles to transfer (minimum 1,000), then review the details

● Step 7: Confirm your transfer and the Miles will be credited to your account within 1 business day

Terms and Conditions

  • Max Miles are not physical rewards.
  • Transfer Ratio: The transfer ratio of Max Miles to Miles is 1:1
  • Minimum Transfer Amount: A minimum of 1,000 Max Miles are required per redemption.
  • Expiration Policy: Max Miles do not expire as long as the user accesses or engages with the HeyMax mobile application at least once every 12 months.
  • Inactivity Clause: HeyMax reserves the right to remove a user’s balance or terminate an account if the user has not accessed the mobile application or website for a consecutive period of 12 months or longer.
  • Investigation: HeyMax may delay the redemption of rewards for up to 90 days if a transaction is flagged for internal fraud review.
  • Discretion: HeyMax reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Data Privacy: By participating, users acknowledge that transaction metadata may be shared between Miles&Smiles and HeyMax for the purpose of reward fulfillment.
