This program is designed to support the activities of the Turkish Airlines Venture Capital Investment Fund. The program aims to identify startups suitable for financial investment that align with our company’s strategic goals and connect them with the investment committee. Additionally, selected startups are provided with complementary courses and mentorship to prepare them for investment readiness.

IDEALIST is our idea competition platform that allows passengers and prospective passengers to share their innovative ideas that will enrich their travel experiences through competitions announced within the scope of the themes determined by Turkish Airlines.
With IDEAPORT, our employees have the opportunity to share their ideas within the scope of all company activities in order to improve business processes, increase customer and employee satisfaction, support sustainability, increase our revenues and ensure efficiency. The platform supports the implementation of innovative, remedial, regulatory and preventive ideas within a continuous development approach.
In our IDEAPORT Forum event series, we inform our colleagues about IDEAPORT, our Corporate Innovation Platform, and invite them to bring their innovative potential together with Turkish Airlines.
