With your Miles&Smiles credit cards, you can shop at selected merchants through partner bank POS terminals using the Miles accumulated in your membership account.

Only Miles&Smiles credit cardholders can benefit from the Miles-at-POS shopping feature.
Under this feature, 100 Miles are redeemed for every 25 TRY of purchases. For example, a 2,500 TRY purchase can be paid using 10,000 Miles.
If a purchased item is returned, the Miles deducted for that transaction will be refunded to your account.
Miles spent on purchases are deducted from the member's account instantly.

Your Miles&Smiles membership account must have a sufficient Miles balance to use this feature. If your balance is insufficient, you may pay part of the total with Miles and cover the remaining amount with your card.
In addition to Miles earned from flights and non-air program partners, Miles earned through spending with Miles&Smiles credit cards issued exclusively by Garanti BBVA can be redeemed at physical POS terminals of participating merchants.
