• The offer is valid for tickets issued on the Turkish Airlines website or mobile application between 19 November – 03 December 2019, with travel dates between 19 November – 31 December 2019.
• The offer is valid on one-way or round trip, Business Class or Economy class flights.
• The offer is valid for all network, except Cyprus and domestic flights in Türkiye.
• Within the scope of the special offer, up to one time additional Status Miles for Economy Class and up to two times additional Status Miles for Business Class will be awarded to members.
• Members who have Garanti BBVA or QNB Finansbank Miles&Smiles credit cards will earn extra Status Miles only if ticketings are made by card holder on his/her behalf. The cardholder must be the passenger(s) named in the ticket(s).
• A Miles&Smiles member can benefit from additional Status Miles offer up to 6,000 Status Miles.
• Extra Status Miles earned will be added collectively to member accounts until 31 January 2020 following the campaign period.
• Supplementary credit cards and additional card holders cannot benefit from the campaign.
• Ticketing and travelling periods start and end according to the local time in Türkiye.
• If there are more than one member in the same reservation number (PNR), only the owner of Miles&Smiles credit cards will be credited with extra Status Miles.
• To benefit from the offer, Miles&Smiles membership number will be requested and all flights must be registered to Miles&Smiles member’s account. Registrations after flights will not be credited within the special offer.
• Tickets must be issued only through our website or mobile application to benefit from the campaign.
• The cardholder may be required to present the physical card used for verification and the booking of the ticket(s).
• The right of use cannot be transferred within the scope of the offer. This campaign cannot be combined with any other Turkish Airlines campaign.
• In addition to the existing mileage earnings within the scope of the campaign, only additional Status Miles will be credited to the members account. A Miles&Smiles member can only use acquired Status Miles to keep or upgrade the membership status.
• The related promotion is not valid on corporate tickets, group tickets and special passenger segments (seaman, cruise, student/youth, medical etc.) tickets.
• Only Miles&Smiles members who have Miles&Smiles credit cards can benefit from campaign.
• The related promotion is only valid on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines. It is not valid on Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, Star Alliance partner airline flights and AnadoluJet flights.
• Turkish Airlines reserves the right to take legal action against the related parties found to have contravened any rules.
• Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change terms and conditions, definitions and other information pertaining to the special offer and to cancel the offer at any time.
