The usage period of the voucher is two years from the date of issue.

  • Flight voucher is issued to the name of the customer who have original ticket. 
  • Vouchers’ validation date is 2 years as of the date of issue of voucher. 
  • Vouchers can only be used to purchase tickets. 
  • Vouchers can only be used on Turkish Airlines and AnadoluJet flights. 
  • Vouchers are created in the currency of the original ticket. (In some special circumstances, it can be created with the currency of <<Euro>> instead of the currency of the original ticket. Creating a voucher with <<Euro>> is valid for some situations decided by Turkish Airlines. If the original ticket’s currency is not <<Euro>>, flight voucher cannot be requested by the passenger in <<Euro>> currency.) 
  • Name change cannot be made on the flight voucher. Flight vouchers cannot be sold to another person and cannot be transferred to any third parties. 
  • Vouchers can be used at Turkish Airlines sales offices. Please apply to sales offices with voucher number and valid national ID card/passport. 
  • Tickets purchased with a voucher cannot be refunded. When a refund is requested according to the ticket rules, a new voucher is created for the relevant amount. 
  • If the voucher amount is greater than the amount of the ticket purchased, a one-time voucher will be created for the remaining amount. 
  • If the voucher amount is not enough for the ticket to be purchased, the difference will be collected from the passenger. 
  • The voucher with 15% additional amount is calculated over the unused fare component (including taxes, surcharges and all other applicable costs) of the original purchased ticket. 
  • The voucher with 15% additional amount is not available for every passenger. This will be offered to passengers on some flights determined by Turkish Airlines and who are effected to flight cancellations or flight tariff changes. 
  • Flight vouchers cannot be used to pay taxes for tickets that purchased via using miles points. 
  • Flight vouchers that have been created for an original ticket with domestic flights can only be used on domestic flights. Similarly; flight vouchers that have been created for an original ticket with international flights can only be used on international flights. 
  • Flight voucher can only be used on behalf of the passenger himself. It cannot be used on behalf of another passenger with the same reservation code when issuing the ticket. 
  • Flight vouchers cannot be used/combined with other coupons or discount codes. 
  • More than one voucher can be used when issuing a ticket. 
  • If the currency of the flight voucher is different from the currency in to be issued ticket, exchange ratios which are available on Turkish Airlines website and reservation tools will be applied. 
  • Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the flight vouchers.
