You can now redeem for the travel service of unaccompanied minors—available for child passengers who have celebrated their 7th birthday but not yet their 12th—with your Millers.
Unaccompanied minor passenger: Passengers aged 7 and under 12 years old may travel alone if a written authorization is provided by their parent or legal representative (Unaccompanied Minor Passenger Carriage Authorization). The parent or legal representative must wait at the airport until the flight has departed. Please contact your country's border authority for information on travel policies for passengers under the ages of 12 and 18.
The comfort and safety of our unaccompanied child passengers are prioritized throughout every stage of their journey. This service is available within the specified number of Miles. You can pay with Miles at the airport sales office or through the Call Center.
During check-in, staff will have the child passenger’s legal guardian sign the necessary documents and provide informative explanations about the process.
